How rare is the #1 in .204 Ruger? What confugurations did they make this caliber in?

They have been made in 1A (blued/walnut light sporter), 1B (blued/walnut standard), 1AB (blued/walnut light standard), 1KV (black laminate/stainles heavy barrel varmint). All fairly common. Great little caliber, shoots like a laser.

Wasn't too long ago that some of the .204's were being clearanced out by the discount wholesalers. There were too many idle that had to get sold and not enough demand for them.

Still tweaking it. I might be expecting too much from the light barrel. My 1V's and 6.5 Creedmoor have me spoiled. It will do about 1.5" in groups @ 100yds. Gonna mess with the loads some more though. I think it should do better. Love that sweet little round though.
