375 h&h Primer in case when calibrate?

First time I write here.

I'am Magnus from Sweden and I have got some reloaded ammo in 375. They were shot in a bolt action rifle then reloaded without get resized. When I should chambered them in my Ruger no.1 they didn't fit.

Now my question, can I empty them and calibrate with the primer left in the case if I remove the needle in the tool.

Sorry for my bad English/Magnus

The 1st question is, do you know the powder that was used? It may be on the data. Regardless, the loads are useless if they don't fit your gun. I would start with a dismantle. You can leave the brass primed, save the bullet, & maybe save the powder, if known.

One could then resize with the decapping stem removed, then reload just a few & check the fit. I just dismantled some 20 year old handloads that weren't up to my specs. I knew the powder, save it, & plan to reload the primed case.
