I bought a batch of this brass from ACA, mostly just to satisfy my curiosity. Tried a few in my 45 Flattop ACP cylinder and they don't quite go all the way to the rim, so I resized a few in my 45 auto die, and they fall right in. Then I tried a few resized in my OM 45 ACP cylinder, and the rim hits on the ratchet, not going all the way in. Does anyone else have this problem?

I do believe those are to used in the .45 Colt cylinder, not the .45 ACP cylinder.

They are designed to be used in an ACP cylinder, work fine in my Flattop ACP Cylinder.

I think the idea was to be able to use those in any .45 caliber revolver. Don't know why you're having fitment issues. As someone said above, maybe the ratchet is different on OM pistols as opposed to the new flattops.

I still see it as a brilliant solution to a non-existent problem, however.
