My 9E seems to not want to to go into full battery. Noticed a little gap between the rear of the barrel and slide. Took it to the range and it wouldn't even chamber the first round in the magazine. This pistol has maybe a thousand rounds through it. Calling Monday morning to get a repair authorization number and shipping it off to Prescott asap. This is the First time I have ever required service on one of my Rugers. I'll have to make due with my Nightwatchman CMD until I get it back.

My new LC9s I bought in December had to go back to Ruger to get a new barrel fitted under warranty due to defective machining. I took it back to Cabelas on a Sunday where it was purchased. I'm assuming that it was sent in on Monday and then I received a call from Cabelas a week to the day after Tuesday that it was done and back for my pick up. I'd call that excellent service but someone in final inspection sure dropped the ball on the original barrel...
