Big thanks to Ruger for fixing my LCR .22 mag that I took apart and broke the hammer strut and spring on. I took full responsibility for being stupid, and Ruger fixed it like new. It didnt cost me a dime. Not even for to/from shipping. Maybe they knew that I own 7 Ruger firearms, maybe they just took carē of me. Either way, I'm so impressed. I might just go buy myself an Alaskan in .454 Casull for Christmas. Thanks very much Ruger for being a great 100% AMERICAN company. Took less than two weeks door to door too!

And that is why I am converting to Ruger revolvers: Customer Service.
Other companies seem to have forgotten that without customers, they have no sales.

Speaking from my own experience, their CS is one of the best in the business. I just need to add a couple more Rugers to my collection.
