Hey all, I was wondering if HKS or any other maker offers a speedloader for the Super Redhawk Alaskan in .454/.45 colt? Thanks!

Yeah, no hits. I heard on another forum that either HKS model 25 or 25-5 will work, but another person said the big Hogue grip gets in the way. Maybe .45 lc is short enough to work with the grip but .454 isn't...?

Someone else claimed that Maxfire loaders were thin enough to fit fine, but they didn't say what size they used. When I asked Maxfire's customer support they weren't sure which model would fit as they had not tested it. So all I've found are a bunch of dead ends, which is sad; .45 lc sounds like it would be fun with speedloaders at the range.

Edit: Now I wonder if speedloaders would work with the .44 mag version.

My first Super Redhawk (used) came with two speed loaders.
When I sold the gun the speed loaders went along.
Sorry but I do not remember what brand
