Saw Big 5's selling the 10/22 for $235.
Are there better deals that you're aware of?

Yea, PSA usually has them at $200 or less... sometimes with the laser add-on. And Walmart generally has them for $230ish (blued).
Thanks but Walmarts in this part of Kalifornia don't sell firearms.
That PSA price + $60 FFL fee = $239, $4 more than Big 5's. I'll see if LGS has a better deal.
It's either I buy from Big 5 or look for a more reasonable FFL dealer. I'll make calls tomorrow.

that is a good price nj gun strores about 269 is the cheapest.
Wow! Suddenly, I feel good about Kalifornia.

Dick's sales flyer in NJ from the Sunday paper shows the 10/22 for $189 plus a free magazine with purchase.
Looks like there's a new store nearby. I'll check it out. Thanks.

Turners outdoorsman (Calif) basic 10 22 wood stock $99 limited number available. A great deal but I'm not standing in line all night,
Me neither.
I'm sure there is a good deal on a 10/22 or 1911 even during normal store hours.
