The .358" jacketed bullets were designed for rifles at much higher velocities. The jacket is much thicker and not well suited for hand guns. Can you use them? Yes, but don't bet on the loading data to be correct. The slightly larger diameter and thicker jacket increases chamber pressure. If you load at the top of the chart, you may get over pressure conditions. Besides, the 200 and heavier bullets are probably too long and will protrude from your cylinder face.
