1-2 lbs deer roast
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp white pepper
4 tsp onion powder
4 tsp garlic salt

Cut deer roast into slices between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick. Mix ingredients and marinate for 24 hours. Dehydrate at 155 degrees for 8 hours.

We have made jerky with our neighbor that is better than you can get processed anywhere around here! We look forward to doing this on our own this next year...thanks for posting the recipe.
