After 50 rounds, the trigger got better, but, it still requires a HUGE amount of travel and strength for double action work.

Can anyone suggest some steps on how to fix this???

Own a P95,

My suggestion,
Just get used to it.
Not a target gun,but with practice ...more accurate.

Might want to try Wolff springs. I installed the 19 lb spring in my PR95 and while the pull is still long, it's not nearly as strong. Still goes bang EVERY time, too.
