This is a Flatbolt, and it is target sighted. .308 caliber...as found in a little shop in Maine...

And a half a year later, I finally found a fitting scope to mount on it...

Use to be, you could find a great Weaver at most any shop. Nowaday's ~ they have bluing issues or light/clarity issues...This one was perfect

So a K6 found a new home on a very unique gun...

As should be noted: this is one of the 10% of the the total production ( which was small ) that is both Ruger ringed and target sighted....

Makes you wonder how many .308's were made in this configuration....My best guess is around 10 guns, maybe fewer....
