I just wanted to post a followup and a big thank you to Iowegan for his help with fixing the failure-to-fire problem I was having with my 22/45. By checking the things he said and using his instruction guide I think I have it fixed, now.
The toe of the hammer was very, very rough and I think it was dragging on the sear and slowing it down just enough to give a problem. I smoothed it up and it worked just fine today, the first time I have had a chance to check it.
Again, thank you, Iowegan.
