I have a YHM Gas Block on the way and need to remove the existing one on my Bushmaster AR15. It does not look like the usual roll pins that you can punch out using a standard punch. Below is the pic and how the pins look and it looks the same on both sides. What tool do you use to remove those?

They are most likely taper pins.
They will only come out in one direction- left to right.
I've only removed these once before, here's what I did:

1. Soak pins with kroil overnight.
2. support the FSB, barrel and rifle with wooden blocks.
3. Whack the pins with a punch and a BFH. You might need to hit them pretty hard to break them free.

Edit: I misread your post, the rifle is a Bushmaster and the gas block is factory installed? Then the pins are definately taper pins and won't come out without a lot of convincing.

Yes, BFH= a technical term I learned from a friend who is a diesel mechanic.
IIRC, I started with a ball peen hammer and ended with a 4lb sledge.
I think I used a brass drift to get the pin broken free. Once you get it to move a bit, it comes out easy and can be tapped out with a punch.

I'm not sure, but I think you are only supposed to use taper pins once. It didn't matter in my application because I was rebarreling and D&T'd my FSB for set screws.
