Alot of web sites state not to shoot reloads through a Glock barrel, so I bought
a KKM just in case. Will give it a try and if it doesn't perform well I will use the
original Glock barrel and take my chance with new or once fired brass and
copper jacketed bullets. The spring was just a thought, will see if it works or
not.

I run factory barrels on 3 of mine, and a steady diet of reloads, some have never seen factory ammo. Never any problems.

I think the comment about reloads in Glock barrels has more to do with the use of lead bullets than just reloads in general. The polygonal rifling of the Glock barrels is apparently not the best with pure lead projectiles, probably because the lead is likelier to leave bad streaks on the flats of the polygonal rifling.

Awesome. never shoot straight lead anyhow, no need to. Same with the DE50 AE, polygonal rifling, very accurate too.

Well they made a desert eagle in 41 magnum which is a semi auto. however you better work some overtime if you want one. I thought I read about a 41 AE kit that fits my uzi, which duplicates the 41 magnum. Here you go....

I'm going to laugh when TEOTWAWKI circumstances leave @rmichael63 with only a Glock at some point, and then he ends up regretting never having been able to enjoy the fine piece of engineering when using it was only for training and leisure...

He won't be that lucky, he will end up with a poor mans glock, a high point. 🤣 🤣 🤣
