This is what happens on a flood plain after the snow melts and the rains come. Lots of work to do to get ready for the Trout Opener. Not to mention that the last State stocked fish are half way to the Gulf by now...

During cease fires, do you have a 100 meter freestyle race to post targets? And backstroke back? I thought I would need a personel floatation device at the range. That is alot of water. How long does it take to drain out and dry up?

Once the water receeds to below the creek bank, about a week. This used to only happen once every 4>5 years, but with Uncle Al's Global Warming and our "INCREASED SNOWFALL" it seems to be an almost yearly Spring thaw thing. We definately need some flood control on this water-shed, but haven't been able to get anyone to listen in over thrty years...
