Just joined this forum. I'm from the southeast corner of Pennsylvania in Lower Bucks county. I've had a Ruger Mark I .22LR since 1955 and a Ruger standard since appx 1976. No Ruger rifles.
I do have an Inland M1 Carbine so recently bought a Ruger Blackhawk in .30 Carbine and have been reloading for both.
Hoping someone will steer me to mild handgun loads. Right now I am shooting Frontier (S. Africa) plated lead round nose 110 gr bullets using 4.5 grains of Unique. Pleasure to shoot and accurate, but have no idea where I came up with this propellant recommendation. All seems fine with it.
Hoping for some info and also hoping I can help others. So far I have bent the trigger return spring at both ends and brought the trigger pull to 3 pounds. I think I'll be leaving it at that.
MOLON LABE!
