Looking at purchasing my first plate carrier and honestly am a bit lost on the sizing. Looking to get a first spear Strandhögg in a sapi cut; FirstSpear, LLC :: Platforms :: Vests :: Strandhögg SAPI Cut Plate Carrier

Found this on Wiki:
Extra Small - 1.27 kg (2.8 lb) | 184 x 292 mm (7¼ x 11½ in)
Small - 1.59 kg (3.5 lb) | 222 x 298 mm (8¾ x 11¾ in)
Medium - 1.82 kg (4.0 lb) | 241 x 318 mm (9½ x 12½ in)
Large - 2.09 kg (4.6 lb) | 260 x 337 mm (10⅛ x 13¼ in)
Extra Large 2.40 kg (5.3 lb) | 280 x 356 mm (11 x 14 in)

According to this I would need to purchase a size large to get the level 4 multi hit to fit. BulletProofME.com Body Armor - RIFLE Plates Overview

Also would like to wear this in conjunction with a warbelt with this as a base.FirstSpear, LLC :: New for 2012 :: Padded AGB Sleeve 6/12

Demenionally im 5'4" 150 pounds
chest 38 inches
Belly: Sitting 36.5 inches Standing 36
Collarbone notch to belly button: Sitting 15 inches, standing 14.5
Standing collarbone to top of belt 17.5

If I go with the "heavy stand alone plates" 8x10 size I should be able to easily get that into the medium plate carrier. But I would be prefer the multi strike. Also have to consider clearing the warbelt which im unsure the large would do with my size frame. Any armour gurus out there that could help me out?
