Welcome aboard Steve. Glad you're here. Make yourself at home and enjoy the Board. The .22 is good for anybody to start with. I started my 8 yr old Grandson when he was about 6 with a Remington nylon 66, and later with a Ruger Bearcat. He can now out shoot me sometimes. He likes to draw a line about 10 foot in front of where I'm at so he will have an advantage. :D

WELCOME from SE South Dakota usa1 chevy! Great forum. I have a usa1 and a route 66 license plate in my family room along with a Ruger clock, two Coke clocks and 3 Corvette clocks. When the electricity goes out, the batteries work! I have had 11 Vettes. Love the USA1 stuff, Vettes and of course, Rugers. You will love this forum! I am a newbie too. Have a great day!

Welcome usa1, I like those old cars too, though Mopars are favorite, anything from the 50s thru early 70s gets my attention. I even like the Corvair, and when a kid the Monza Spyder was very cool. Have a great stay here on the forum.

Steve, welcome from Maine! Glad to hear your daughter is learning an invaluable skill. I'm waiting for my girls, 5 and 2, to weigh enough to absorb a little recoil. Until then we are practicing with paintball versions. I intend that they will be able to take care of themselves! Good to have you here.
