Hello to all....
A couple of years ago I bought a 22/45 5.5 BB and could never get used to or really liked the thin polymer grip. I recently saw a used 22/45RP 5.5 (after lusting for one for a while now). Sold mine and picked up the RP, which I had put on hold. After getting home I thought the trigger felt pretty good. Checked it with my scale and couldn't believe it was a tick under 3-1/2 lbs. This from an unmolested 22/45. All stock. I thought to myself.... Cool
Mounted my red dot and got to sight it in today. After sighting in I had moved to the 50yd line to test 223 loads in my AR. I said what the heck and tried the RP simply resting off a table. When I went down range I couldn't believe my 10 shot semi-rapid fired group had gone into 1.7" with CCI Standard Velocity. Not bad!.... I think.
I have owned a few MKII's and III's over the years but I'm liking this one the best right now
