Howdy ya'll just thought I wouuld say howdy just signed up. Was really easy too. I like to reload and shoot don't hunt much any more cost is far too high to hunt here in Texas any more. But I love to tell stories of the pass when I was a boy and it didn't cost to hunt. I also love to read hunting stories

Hey looking here just got here and got rank dang wonder I will ever get off of kp lol. Ok I was in the Army a good while and we both decided they could do better with out me or me without them lol. I love to reload shoot and hunt some fishing but more into shooting than huntting. Here in Texas you have to pay to hunt sure is a drain on the wallet.
Anyhow glad I found this place, glad to be here. Yea I am old I have retired but when back to work, ran out of things to do and needed the money to support my habit- gun habit that is.

Greetings from SE South Dakota, Snuffy! I was drafted out of college and sent to Fort Hood for basic and AIT in 66. Did my share of KP too. Then went to Germany and ran a cryptofacility. Never had KP again! Served my two years and went back to college on the GI bill. They gave me $90 a month. I somehow got through! Lots of nice people here on this forum. I am a newbie too. Welcome!

yea I know that kp really sucked but at least the drill wasn't on my tale. I had to have the same last name as the senior drill so ya know my life really sucked if I didn't do everything perfect lol. Have server some time on Fort Hood. I went is 10 years after you did, the Army was ok when I first got in but as soon as I made buck Sergeant it started to really go down hill from there for me. When I got out I was an E 5 in a E -7 slot, Yep that was me Chief of Firing Battery. I sure wouldn't want to go back but wouldn't take anything for my time in the Army. That GI bill sure was nice better than nothing I too went to college on it.
