I have a beautiful Smith & Wesson 617 with a 4" barrel. I love this revolver, but its kinda embarrassing when I shoot it at the range. I can hear the other shooters comments and snickering, even with my ear protection on. The problem? IT LOVES REMINGTON GOLDEN ammo. What can I do? It really is very accurate with this ammo. It does like CCI Standard Velocity, but I want a cheap ammo for plinking. I guess I could dump the Remmys in another brand name box. Has any one else had this problem? It just shocks me that my most expensive 22 revolver loves the crappiest, grubbiest, most disrespected ammo available. **sigh**
