Is it possible to find the circled piece on this Mini 14, without dropping dumb money on it, or should I let the dream go?

I am making an A Team tribute Mini. Already ordered the Samson stock so I want to get as close as I can to the heat shield too. Not like I'm going to be shooting this rifle often anyway
