This has been a first class pain in the ass!!
Everybody and his dog had my old e-mail address!!
MSN deleted it such that the old address could not be recovered or used again!!
I had to reestablish the account, which took them three days to do and set a whole new e-mail address!!
Now, I'm trying to remember all the people in my contact list to tell them!!
My back ups are of no use because there's nothing on the MSN server to connect to to retrieve the list!!
We have a two year contract, so switching ISPs is not an option unless I want to pay the $200 early disconnect fee!!
Besides, the only other broadband ISP in my area is not much of an improvement!!
We switched away from them because they were constantly raising our rates every couple of months. Our current rate is locked in by contract and is not supposed to change provided we renew. That seems to now be the only advantage to keeping these turkeys!!
