Hello Im new here , and I also came here with this same problem. Took my new p95 to the range for the first time yesterday. Ran a box of 100 115g Winchesters through it. Switched over to 2 boxes of Federal 115g and it started miss feeding, the ejected shells would get stuck between the slide, the slide wouldnt lock back after the last round, and 2 times the gun got jammed and i couldnt rack the slide or anything. My wife took video of me shooting and I noticed the Federal ammo would not eject out as far as the Winchester ,it would barely eject past my hand and then jam.
I also did not clean and oil the gun before it's first use. Is it possible the 115 grain ammo is not strong enough to rack the slide back all the way since the gun is brand new?
I had 1 jam on the winchester out of 100 rounds, had about 10 jams out of 70 rounds of federal ammo ( 2 different boxes).
I also shot 25 rounds of PDX1 hollow point 124g and had zero problems.
I used bot magazines and both jammed on the Federal Ammo. I knew about limp wristing before I went to shoot the gun, so I was holding it firm. any ideas? thanks.
