Yesterday I picked up my new 22/45 LITE. What a cool gun. Problem is my wife saw it and I'm not sure I'll be able to wrestle it from her hands. I added the Pearce finger grip and it really adds to the feel of the gun.:D

They're a great handgun.
Congratulations, enjoy.
Sounds like you may have to go out and buy a second..... :D

Welcome to the Lite club. :)

Once you tweak it a bit more, you'll like it even more.

Fortunately, my spouse prefers my SR-22P.

They're all good.

Nice purchase.
You will be very surprised how accurate they are.

I added a Tactical Solutions Red front Sight & a T.S. Muzzle brake.
Threaded T.S. muzzle brake, $35.00, T.S. Front Sight $18.95.
I believe the muzzle brake helps keep the front of the barrel down just enough to make it more accurate, and it looks cool threaded on.
I was shooting pennies out of the Bulls-eye yesterday. If i can do it anyone can.
Have Fun.

I took my 16 year old daughter out shooting with me last weekend, first time she ever showed interest in it. If she goes again I am thinking about the light series or the SR22. But I think I would rather her have the light for target shooting and plinking. She actually did really well for the first time handling a gun. Gave her the safety toure first of course.

Hi all... First post, first Ruger, first time out with it yesterday...
My 22/45 lite is very cool, no issues at allthe first time out!
Picked it up because my Glock19 is expensive to target and plink with.
Bought my girlfriend recently, a SR22 and she loves it... it's just a little too small for me.

The 22/45 lite is lite enough for all shooters & is very accurate.
I believe the Lite may be a little easier to shoot than the SR-22 because the firearm is a little larger but the weight isn't increase that much & may be more controllable.
I have never shot a SR-22 so I'm no expert? Just my thoughts.
thanks all
