With some of the recent discussions concerning mall shootings, I just wanted to post this "old" story about the Luby resturant massacre.

A glock and a ruger was used by one bad guy to murder 23 and wound another 20. This "act" had great bearing on the passage of Texas CHL. It also is a reminder that it can happen anywhere, anytime, and in a town of any size. He was looking for a crowded location for maximum effect.

Yes it is and I and a very good friend of mine almost ate there that day. They were helping me move from Killeen to Gatesville. What a day that was as my truck at the time didn't have a radio and when we got back thing s was sure in an up roar once we heard the news we both just had to sit down for a minute or two.
