Picked up a stainless service six recently with some minor handling marks. I bought the very fine and ultra fine pads made by Gator at an auto supply store. I only used the ultra fine pad and it removed all marks, there were no deep marks on the gun. The gun looks like new and finish looks original. Thanks to members of this forum for suggesting these pads, I knew nothing about them before becoming a member here. They only cost $3 for the two.
