This one came in Tuesday and I picked it up at the range last night. Shot 100 rounds of WWB through it. This is pretty much a rerun of all my other Ruger range reports. Functioned perfectly and was more accurate than me. I shot mostly from 7 yards and it makes a nice ragged one-hole group and the sights are right on. Shot a few groups at 10 and 15 yards. All were nice and tight. The trigger is typical Ruger P-Series - nothing to write home about, but I shot a lot worse. This gun is heavy enough that recoil isn't an issue. Recoil doesn't seem any heavier than a P93 or P95. Nice gun.

Yeah, it is kind of hard to make an exciting Ruger range report! They all function flawlessly and go bang with annoying regularity! (Although I do hear lots of complaints about the new P345.)

I hear a lot of complaints also about the 345 also. I got one, but it only has about 500 rounds through it. No problems at all so far - I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Always shoots straight, has never jammed. Flawless feeding though a bit slugish. Good gun easy to use, well balanced and always hits the ten at 25yds for me. Shoots straight dirty or clean. I have also been amazed how well the coating on the aluminum frame has held up round after round. I was leary of that coating in the beginning but am glad I took a chance. Also my wife has never gone outside the 6 ring at 15yd with this puppy. Its a good gun for different hand types and postures.

It's a Ruger...what more can we say? I sure like mine. I picked up 1,000 180 Gr Rem JHP's and I'm fixing to load up a bunch and do some serious shooting with it.:D
