I have shot 458 lot in a 10 lb gun not fun but not shoulder disloacating either. About 3 years ago I was 56 then. I heard 2 30 year old cops whining hta they had to shoot 25 rounds of reduced recoil 23/4 inch slugs thru their shotguns. I said really it is that bad. They said yes. I purchased 75 rounds of 3 inch slug and had them watch a man their dad's age fire 75 3 inch slugs one after the other in 20 minutes or so and I said I am still alive. They said maybe they should practice more. I said indded they should. Teh next morning as I wa going into the shour my wife said what was the big black and blue mark. I said I banged it at work. The night before I took 3 large shots of burbon to ease the pain and it was 128 proof burbon not 80 proof.If you really want shoulder surgery, here are a few current offerings at:
