Hi Ruger fans
I recently bought my wife a Ruger LC9-CT with the Crimson Trace Laserguard, what i want to know is if there is a was to shut off the laser when your not in need of it? It runs the batter down very quickly.
Thanks ;)

You may want to give Crimson Trace a call. I have CT's on three of my handguns ranging from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years and have yet to replace a battery in any of them...and they all get range time regularly.

There is no master switch on the LC9 Ct Laserguard. The battery should not be draiining unless the laser is activated. They say 5 hours of operation. If you have gotten substantually less operational time, I would get in touch with Crimson Trace.
