You can't buy one from out of state without going through an FFL. I was once interested in transferring a Glock in MA, and an FFL explained to me that the law really wasn't cut-and-dried, and he was willing to do the transfer, but I ended up not doing it. You might be able to get more info at northeastshooters.com.

If you already have the blessing of your communist overlord to have a permit why not just order to the nearest FFL from Buds , Palmetto , Gunlist ect. That’s the simple way. They are nearly always on sale someplace .

If you bought one used privately out of state that would be unlawful unless it was shipped directly to an FFL in your state. Thread is closed.
