I just bought a NIB GP100 and the rear sight cross pin is so loose I can almost shake it out. I shot 50 rnds this weekend and the pin walked itself out a good eighth of an inch or more but easily went back in with nothing but finger pressure. Either the pin is too small or the hole was drilled too big. What's the best way to fix this?

Thanks.

Let it back out about 2/3rds, put a slight bend in it and drive her back in---that should work. Iowagean is the gunsmith and he might have a better suggestion though.

Bending the pin is the most common form of repair. You can also back it out a little and flatten the end of the pin and drive it back in. That works, too.
