Have a question for all current and former military personel.
At what distance are various basic firearm qualifications held?
Take the m-16 for example--what are the qualifying distances concerning semi-auto and auto fire.
Or the beretta m-9 handgun and basic qualification requirements?
Not talking xpert here, just what is required.
Are all the services standardized across the board on general qualification with these two weapons or is the Army different from the Navy and so-forth?
And taking a further step back, what were the qualification requirements for the M-14 and the 1911? Tremondus difference from today's standards/weapons?
