Alright guys I am needing some mini-14 ideas. I am getting one for Christmas and I want to see some pics of what I can do to my mini when I eventually get it.

I need to take a better pic, but here's mine. 581-series ranch with a MO-Rod (I like how it helps dissipate barrel heat) and a Leupold VXII 3-9x40mm, and a 582-series tactical with a Burris Fastfire II on a GG&G mount. To use the Leupold, I needed a cheek riser and the SPEC-OPS rifle cheek pad that Ruger sells online works perfectly on a mini-14.

Here's mine. A tactical with ATI stock. Not a whole lot of add-ons other than I added a full rail to the bottom of the stock, Tapco grip/bi-pod, and a red-dot.

Quick question. Have you used the high capacity mag much? How did it work for you?
