I'm thinking of adding a bi-pod to my Precision Rimfire. I've seen it both ways, but what direction should the legs be pointed (forward or rearward) when not deployed? Or does it make any difference?
Thanks

Forward. You can’t “load” your bipod if the legs close to the rear...........they will fold up.

^^^^^^^ +1, I can recall seeing a few folding to the rear at the range and thinking........hmmmm?:D

Only one I have that folds to the rear is my barrett, however it locks rearward, center and forward, all my others fold foward.
