Doing a clean & lube before shooting my New AR 556, Notice the bottom of the muzzle flash is off center from the barrel. I ran a wooded dowel down the front and back of the barrel and it seems to straight. Should I be concern about it.

No, if it bothers you, you could get some peel washers to time it better. It's not going to hurt anything the way it is. I noticed my AR556's flash hider isn't timed perfectly either.

Another thought, is it timed just past or just before being centered with regards to tightening it? If just before, you might be able to align it, if just past, remove and add a peel washer between the crush washer and the flash hider.
