I think so,it was made in 1967 and I don't know if there are differences between this and the ones made in 1950.

Yes, easy to tell, by the location of the lower grip panel screws, the , later, A-100 the pattern was "reversed", the right panel lower grip screw was closer to the bottom and the opposite side, the screw would be slightly higher. The A-54 frame is as pictured......

I bought it before I knew exactly what it was because of the condition,when I got home I called Ruger and found out it was made in 1967 and it was cataloged as an RST4W,just more frosting on the cake.
The pistol has 1/8th" letters with INC in the address and the serial number and has a lower serial number than the one listed in Chad's Reference To Ruger Firearms as the lowest recorded RST4W with INC.So that made me even happier.
