So my Nomad is honestly kind of naked, I'm going to be modding and building it up like crazy though.
This is what I originally had.
Here is what I ordered.

$180 Shipped from Mid Way
From Amazon I ordered the Side Rails, a new 1022 Rail Mount (Because my front rail has some scratches on my Nomad that I fixed on the top of the hand guard.)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ls_o00_s00_i00 Also ordered this scope. It seems great for the price, and I might be able to co-witness it with the bushnell red dot/irons for the hell of it. (A magnifier runs the same price anyways, why not have something that is dual purpose...)
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/we-g39-id...eries-gbb.html A stock and low profile rail kit. Im gonna use the stock but I'm not sure about the rail. I don't think I'd use it to be honest the sights dont look adjustable... $55 shipped, if you just join as a customer you get a $20 credit or so which covers shipping.
Amazon Ran me $76 or so. I'm buying extra iron sights from an airsofter as well for $15.
I'll probably have my stock all accessorized before I get my Rifle back from Ruger. (By the way for stripped receiver holes they are replacing the whole rifle free of charge, pretty nice huh?)
- The Flash Hider, Promag sent me a new Flashhider and I decided to touch it up some. The original finish was pretty terrible, and I drilled a hole all the way through so I don't have to hack saw it to take it off again
Drilled a hole all the way through my flash hider to make the the pin removable. Spray painted it flat black with Kryon black Camo, 2 coats. Hopefully it holds fine, if I let it cure for 2 weeks maybe it won't flake off. The finish on the flash hider was really bad normally. Pics soon I guess >:
I'll see how this works before I buy that grill and BBQ paint.
Now for the hole I drilled.
It should be tight enough so the pin doesn't just fall out, I stayed with the same size as the original.
The Iron Sights will look like this though, I'm using a front magpul site.
Work on The Fore-Arm/Do it yourself RIS system.... I started by redrilling the screw holes and using these.
http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=795/sku=080-719-112/Product/1-Dz-Fillister-146-48-Screws The screws tapped the holes though I somehow drilled one too big. It screws in fine with the rail though, if I get washers/nuts it won't be an issue at all.
I need to find some nuts for extra security but everything is tight and secure. I just want extra security because its held on through plastic threads.
Its pretty straight, also the paint did wonders for it. I regret ordering a new rail but it was only $7
I also repainted my G36 Optic Rail since that was scratched/had cheap finish. I doubt I'll be using it come next week when my TRS-25, and Scope come.
This will be my last update until parts come.
Gonna pay ace hardware a visit tomorrow for nuts/washers.
Getting the WE stock might be a project in itself, hopefully it goes without any issues.
