I thought you all might like to see what I consider my ultimate custom 10/22.

Here are the specs on it.

Work done by Randy at Connecticut Precision Chambering.

TRIGGER JOB
o 2.0 - 2.4 lb trigger pull
o Trigger and hammer side shims
o Trigger over travel screw
o Forward anti-creep/slack screw
o Auto-bolt release conversion
o Single stage pull reworked to be as crisp as possible
o Oversize receiver pins installed to tighten trigger group
o Extended magazine release installed

BOLT COMBO
o Bolt is totally disassembled, cleaned, deburred
o Bolt face is surface ground and squared to .0425" LR rim headspace depth; same as bolt action rifle for accuracy and reduced flyers
o Bolt side is beautifully prism jeweled
o A hole is E.D.M.'ed and a stainless dowel pin pressed in over the front of the firing pin to hold it from raising up, reducing flyers and to get more consistent firing pin strikes.
o Bolt buffer installed.

Barrel by Louis at Whistlepig 18 inch .920 Bull barrel with Bentz chamber and built in compensator. Finish is black fade to gunmetal Grey.
Scope Nikon Pro Staff 3-9X50 Black Matt finish. Weaver high see through mount.

Stock The crowning glory of the entire project is the absolutely beautifully flawless stock made by Mr. John ORear of www.ruger stocks.com.

Wow!! That is some gun. I would be afraid to shoot one like that, because of getting it scratched. By the way, Welcome to the Forum.

Very nice 10/22. Puts mine to shame. Looks like a lefty version. Super nice stock. Does it shoot MOA @ 100?
