Welcome to The Valley Of The Sun. Arizona offers some great land to shoot on and lots of indoor ranges depending on what side of town you live.

Competitions are just about every night for Steel, Bullseye, IDPA or USPSA. You will find many of the top shooters in the nation living here and they offer classes for people to improve their skills.

I'm in Surprise. If you are close contact me ( e-mail ) and I'll try to set you up with a place to shoot.

We talking San Antonio "south" Texas here or I can see Reynosa from my back door South Texas??
Couple of hours north in Beeville.
Nuevo Progresso has always been our preferred crossing point.

Close enough to the coast for fishing in the Laguna Madre, but far enough inland for some hurricane protection. :)
I grew up in Corpus Christi. Hurricanes not be fun.
