What do you think of this?

Immediately noticeable differences are the brass receiver and other brass trims, octagon barrel and the large loop lever.

I want one.

Very nice, but wouldn't there be a durability issue with the brass receiver and a rifle caliber?
I've done a small bit of research on this over the last few days and it seems the alloys used to make these "brass" receivers are engineered to perform as well as the steel or better.

Henry also told me this was the case when I called them but I have not delved deeper - just an initial investigation.

Would love to hear some experienced opinions on this.

My opinion is that of the 'I'd buy both' one to admire, and one to shoot.

Can't say anything about the 45-70 brass receiver model, but my 357 Magnum brass receiver "Big Boy" does a very fine job.
