I'm having trouble disassembling the upper receiver from the lower receiver on my new .308 RPR.

Following the manual's instructions:
  1. Fold the stock
  2. Remove the bolt
  3. Remove the rear cap screw on bottom of upper receiver
  4. Unfold the stock
  5. Remove front cap screw on lower receiver

Everything goes fine until I try to remove that front screw. It will not budge. I nearly snapped the allen key I was using trying to get the screw loose. I'm stumped.

Does anyone have any ideas for how I could loosen that screw?

I was finally able to get it loose. I put a drop of oil between the receiver and the screw head, waited a little while, and finally got it loose using the same allen key and a cheater bar. The threads on both the screw and receiver are fine, so I'm guessing they just had that one torqued down really hard.
