Due to my self imposed LGS ban, I went to my local Best Buy instead. Ooopps!

I was looking for a new phone adapter for my Vonage phone when I turned the corner and saw the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet.

IMHO, WOW!! That was on a Saturday. I resisted until Monday.

What a great tablet! 16GB internal storage, plus I bought a 32GB SD card.

I was not much interested in a tablet. I just figured that my smartphone (a Samsung Galaxy IIIs) was adequate for all my mobile needs. The thing that turned me on to this was the note taking features. With the stylus I can write notes just like with a pen and note pad, but without all the clutter. Plus the portability and larger screen for good Internet viewing. Bringing it all together in one place sold me on it. Now I use it all the time at work and often at home.

Bottom line, I really like it. Was it absolutely necessary to get it? Maybe not.

But I suggest there is no real need to justify an unnecessary purchase on a gun forum!


I also have a good laptop, a netbook, a home server, and my wife has her desktop. Been playing this game for nearly 20 years. Sad thing is computers and technology just don't last as long as a good Ruger or S&W!
