My local gun store has had this Single Six in the counter for several months. Originally had it priced for $600 since I started looking at it, today it was marked down to $475 so I finally had to bring it home with me. Grey plastic box and all paperwork, plastic Ruger bag and yellow cylinder insert. Magnum cylinder looks unused and the .22lr cylinder has just a light turn line. Bluing is awesome and the rosewood grips fit perfect! Like the old days. Blued hammer with no finger prints or rust on the sides.
Out of town graduation this week so will have to wait a few days to try it out.
Was thinking a bout a new Super Wrangler but I think this one changed my mind.

Good fine. You'll 'much' happier with the Single Six than a Wrangler any day of the week. Enjoy!

Oh my! That is a super good price! I had a similar experience when I bought my 2015 used but like new blued steel super single-six several years ago. It had been in my local pawn shop that I frequent for several weeks. I knew the shop owner pretty well and I finally just asked him what it would take in cash to own it and he surprised me with a pretty good price and I had to own it. Like rclark said, that is so much more handgun than a Wrangler, you will grow to appreciate it more every time you shoot it. (y)

Good decision IMHO. That is a keeper and will be a great addition to the herd. Enjoy it and hope you get some time with it. Nice looking and a good price for these times.

The Single-six is what the Wrangler could have been if it hadn’t spent its youth eating junk food and surfing the internet

Excellent purchase , I sincerely think the Single Six is the best 22 pistol to have fun with at the range.
