Hello Everyone!
I have put about 50 bricks through my 10/22 without one jam and about 50 boxes of shells through my Red Label. I have experienced Rugers quality first hand. I think it is time for me to get a revolver! No doubt it has to be a Ruger...question is what model and caliber. I understand that it depends on what I will use it for, so here is a little about me.
-I applied for the 2012 Minnesota wolf hunting lottery, I will not be hunting for them with the revolver but would like to have a backup.
-Take it deer hunting (about 30 miles south of Canadian border) in the heart of black bear country
-While I am in the woods doing Manly things.
-Not looking for a big huge gun, Like the shorter barrel length
-Possibly conceal and carry in bigger cities
-Budget around $650 but if I can go cheaper then awesome
-I am often in swamps and marshes, I need this gun to be durable to water and just a general beating.
Thanks!
-Steve
