Recently found this site and looked like a good place to be. Have been shooting for fifty years, give or take a couple.
First Ruger was a Bearcat, Probably 1970 or so, still have it. Later, Security Six 357 mag, still have it too. Next was an early Standard pistol, red medallion in grips. Got that when Dad passed. Had shot it for as long as I can remember. Still with me. Bisley model 44 mag was next. Yep, have it too. First Ruger rifle, just this year, Mark II 243.
Have quite a few other guns, several makers. Do like my Rugers.
Have been considering an ar556 or a Mini 14. That is what brought me here to this forum. Think the Mini 14 is going to be my next purchase.
I have been collecting knives most of my life also. Am interested in Military guns as well. This great site covers lots of intrests on one forum, very nice.
I am not able to post pictures at this time. I know most like them. Will try to remedy that soon.
