hello all thanks for having me. Ijust purchased my first ar-15(ruger ar556) and one of my first two mods is mounting my streamlight tlr-4 laser, im lost and need help finding a handguard quadrail) that fits this rifle. My price budget is $45-90 bucks,can someone please help me

In your price range, that is going to be a had item to find.

Since you want a laser, I would guess you want the rail to be stable so the accuracy is good. That means you need a floating handguard.

You might have to go with a used handguard.
