In considering the pistol that I would like to buy next and that I wish was available from Ruger. I think the 9mm is a fine caliber; effective, accurate and popular. I like the idea of a long slide with a 5” plus barrel with it’s attendant long sight radius. Nice adjustable target sights would be great. And, how about hammer fired and a nice nearly flat trigger with a 3 pound let-off and minimal over travel.

Sounds like a description of the next SR1911 in 9mm from Ruger!
