I am looking to buy an old model Blackhawk 357. It is in good condition with holster wear. I trust the guy selling it. He is asking $350. Is that a good value. What is it worth?

Thank you.:)

I have one in the 10 day California "wait period". It is a 1965 OMBH in 98% at least condition...357mag, has had less than one box fired (357..no 38's)...bluing and grips perfect..mechanically like new...mostly without cylinder turn ring... $400 plus "fees" (california costs)...no box and no papers...figured it was about right...

The only way we'd see on OM at that price, around here, would be for something that has been rode hard and put up wet. Very rare to see one in our neighborhood under $450. If you don't want it, I'll take it.

I assume one of the reasons it's so affordable is because there are a bazillion .357 OMs out there. I followed a mint .45 Colt OM on an auction recently and watched it pass $900 by the end of the auction.
