I am looking at a used Stainless Mark 2 with the boat paddle stock on the net with a 21" barrel
Is there anywhay to find out what year it is by the serial # 78664 ---?Some say it is an ultra light some preport it is the regular weight barrel which I would favour

This Mk 2 Stainless is in 3006 . It was reported at first as having a twenty inch barrel but had the lad measure it for me and he came up with 21 Inch's .

Guess to be sure I would need to measure it myself since every one has a different referance point .

I don't want the rifle bad enough to make a days trip out and get it in my hand .
The blued Mk2 we have at home has a 22 " barrel and I have not seen a regular weight barrel other in 22" other than the ultra litle with e the 16 1/2 " barrels .
